Most partner courses offer anytime weekday access, with weekend and bank holiday tee times generally available from late morning onwards. Where individual clubs operate specific visitor policies, our concierge team manages all arrangements on your behalf.Membership is carefully capped to preserve availability and maintain a consistently high-quality playing experience. Members may also introduce up to three guests per round. Guest rates typically range from £50 to £90 per person, with select top-tier courses higher during peak summer periods.

Annual membership starts and ends from the date you joined and renews every 12 months on your anniversary date.

Yes. All membership categories are subject to a one-off joining fee. Fees vary by membership type and are shared with applicants during the application process.

Our dedicated concierge service handles all bookings on your behalf. Simply contact the team via phone, email or WhatsApp with your preferred course, date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest. The concierge is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, with all requests typically handled the same day.

Yes. Members are welcome to invite up to three guests per round, subject to tee time availability. Preferential guest rates typically range from £50–£90 per person, with a small number of our most sought-after courses exceeding £100 per person during peak summer periods. In some cases, yes. However, visitor access is often more restricted, availability can be limited, and green fees can quickly exceed the cost of membership for regular golfers. The Syndicate provides structured access to a curated network of leading clubs through a single membership, supported by a dedicated concierge service, preferential guest rates, exclusive events, premium indoor golf access and a community of like-minded golfers.

There is no formal requirement to be a member of an existing private golf club. However, all golfers must hold an official playing handicap. Partner courses are generally not suitable for novice golfers or beginners.

Open to both members and invited guests, these events provide an opportunity to discover outstanding courses, meet like-minded golfers, build new friendships and enjoy friendly competition in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
